Three steps forward two back!

I had my observation today and it went really well. I felt really good and got positive feedback from my observer. All of this happened right after sending a child out for a paddling but, still a good day. I felt as though maybe I was getting the hang of this... then my mentor caught me and said after her walk through last week we had a few classroom management strategies to try. Somedays I feel like it is three steps forward then two back (yes I know that is backwards), it is getting better then a little worse. We are building though!!
